Nikki is an integral part of life in West End, running the toddler group through to the Youth House, meaning she comes across these children when they’re babies and then when they get older too. She’s an amzing communicator and ambassador for Southampton, taking the young people from the youth club on trips and on experiences out of school time. We’re very lucky to have her. ​
