The Raven and Bine is a community space sat in Bedford Place Southampton. It is a new pub and Josh the manager said it has been great to see it transform into the pub it is today with London Style redecoration.

The Raven and Bine is part of Dancing Man Brewery who have been voted, for the 2nd year running, Best Pub in Southampton. The Raven and Bine is somewhere for people to sit and chat with someone and is a ‘home away from home.’

The pub has ‘positive vibes’ as described by students to frequent the pub especially on a weekend in the bustling Bedford Place. Craft beer is the focus and the pub has a large range which incises the students and older men who come for the craft beer. ‘The Craft Beer is at the centre of what we do so we get a really diverse group people.’ Says Josh.

The Raven and Bine also host a pub quiz on a Sunday night, which is packed out and people get a chance to meet new people. The beer is the pubs uniqueness alongside the outside space, right band in the city centre.
