Liz Batten is one of the two self-described ‘pensioners who put the Clean Air Campaign on the city council’s agenda’.

Liz has worked tirelessly with academics from the University of Southampton and beyond, to understand the levels and impact of pollution on our city and to translate it into a narrative that would be easy to absorb for people of all levels of education.
